- What is a 'Serviced Apartments & Hotel' ?
Serviced apartments are affordable, yet spacious hotel alternatives for longer stay patrons. Serviced apartments offers many services similar to hotels, but also offers kitchen and laundry facilities. Serviced apartments are required by law to have a minimum stay of one month. HUNDRED STAY has acquired a hotel license and can therefore offer stays from one night.

- What are the differences between a 'Serviced Apartments & Hotel' and ordinary hotels?
Apart from the size of the rooms, and facilities, HUNDRED STAY does not provide daily room cleaning for stays over a week. Room cleaning is done once or twice a week according to the length of stay.

- What are the differences between HUNDERED STAY and other serviced apartments?
HUNDRED STAY provides serviced apartment quality accommodation from nightly stays. All apartments come fully furnished with kitchen facilities (* 25m2 Studio does not), television, internet, phone, and linens so that you can start your new life from day one. Utilities, Basic Cable, and fitness center are all including in the rent. Our 24hr bilingual front desk, fitness center, laundry facilities, continental breakfast*, meeting space*, and business center* facilities are not offered by ordinary serviced apartments.

- Can we see the room before we move in?
You can view the apartment during our office hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30-18:30). Please call in advance to schedule a viewing, so that we can make sure the apartment of interest is available.
- Question 8
- What's included in the rent?
The rent includes management fee, utilities, internet, CATV, room cleaning, move-out cleaning fees, front desk service, and gym. Phone charges, and laundry room use are not including in the rent.

- What is included in the room cleaning?
Linen change, bed making, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, and taking out the garbage. The cleaning of the kitchen, utensils and plates are not included. Stays less than 5 Nights : Daily cleaning. Stays over 6 Nights : Twice a week. Stays over 29 Nights : Weekly cleaning. *Please note that cleaning services are mandatory due to room maintenance.

- Are dry cleaning services available?
Certainly, please ask the front desk and they will help you for the dry cleaning.
- Question 11
- If I would like to stay for long-term, how would I do my laundry? Is there a washing machine in the apartment?
Apartments larger than 51 m2 have a washer/dryer in the apartment. There is also a laundry facility (4 machines) located on B2F which are free of charge.

- Is a deposit required?
Deposits will be required depending on the length of stay. 1-3 months = 100,000 JPY. Over 3 months = 1 month deposit. Deposits will be returned depending on the payments received, and state of the room.

- When will the deposit be returned?
The deposit will be returned 45 days after move-out. The damage repairs, phone bill, dry cleaning bills, etc will be deducted from the deposit.

- When should I pay the rent?
Payments will have to be paid before the move-in date.
- Question 15
- What time can I check in?
Check in time is 14:00. Early check in may be available depending on availability. Please check upon inquire.
- Question 16
- When is the check out time?
Check out time is 10:00. An additional 1,000 JPY/hour will be required for late check outs.
- Question 17
- Are there any cancellation fees?
Yes, there will be a cancellation charge if you cancel within three days before the agreed check-in date.

- What if I would like to move out before my contract ends?
A cancellation notice is required one month before the move out day.
- Question 19
- Will it be possible to extend my stay once I move-in?
Stays can be extended provided the apartment is available. Please let the front desk know as soon as possible in order to reserve the apartment.

- Can I have a pet in the room?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

- How many people can stay in one apartment?
Studio (25-30m2): 2 occupants
1 bedroom: 3 occupants
2BR: 4 occupants.

- Are extra beds available?
Yes, for an additional fee.
Fees : 1 - 5 nights stay: 3,000 yen per night.
6 - 28 nights stay: 1,400 yen per night.
29 nights+: 450 yen per night.

- Are cots (baby beds) available for my infant?
Yes, for an additional fee.
Fees : 1 - 5 nights stay: 3,000 yen per night.
6 - 28 nights stay: 1,400 yen per night.
29 nights+: 450 yen per night.
- Question 24
- If I reserved the room and my family would like to stay with me, do I need to pay extra for my family?
If it is a serviced apartment contract, you do not need to pay extra. Each family members name will need to be on the lease agreement.
- Question 25
- Is there any parking space for cars and/or motorcycles?
Unfortunately, parking is not available. However, there are coin parkings near byHUNDRED STAY.
