The following cases are exceptions where rates cannot be compared with the best rate offered on the official website.

・Rates such as corporate contract rates that are not publicly disclosed
・Rates for specific member organizations
・Rates in which the hotel cannot be involved (e.g., seller campaigns), such as plans with special seller discounts from travel agents or domestic or international seller booking websites*1
・Rates provided through travel support programs offered by the government or local municipalities (e.g., coupons, discounts)
・Rates using special points or coupons of another company as discounts
